How do I report a review?
Tap the ··· next to any review and choose Report review. We look at every report within 24 hours. You can also hide all reviews from that person.
Is CafePal free?
Yes. Browsing, saving and reviewing cafés is free.
Is my app account the same as cafepal.co.uk?
Yes, one account works on both.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. It's permanent.
A café's details are wrong
Email us with the café name and what's changed, and we'll update it.
I own a photo used on CafePal
CafePal respects intellectual property rights. If you're a copyright owner or café proprietor and want an image credited, updated or removed, email us and we'll act on it within 24 hours.
