CafePal helps you discover cafés. You must be 13 or over to create an account.

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Reviews should be honest and based on your own visit. Please don't post anything that is:

• abusive, hateful, threatening or harassing
• sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable
• spam, advertising or fake reviews
• someone else's personal information

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone can report a review, and we look at reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of your reviews, but allow CafePal to show them on the app and website.

We try to keep café details accurate, but opening hours, prices and menus can change. Please check with the café before making a special trip.

CafePal respects intellectual property rights. If you're a copyright owner or café proprietor and would like an image credited, updated or removed, email hello@cafepal.co.uk and we'll act on it within 24 hours.

Run a café on CafePal? Use “Own this café? Get verified” at the bottom of its page to claim and update your listing.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

CafePal is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
